Acai Berry Sellers Under FTC Scrutiny

The guilty company was ordered to quite after ripping customers off an alleged $30 million in 2009 alone. The FTC has been receiving thousands of customer complaints against this company – the ‘free’ month offers come with strings attached.

The Acai Berry comes fro acai palm trees in Latin America, and has become the hottest new fad in weight loss over the last 2 or 3 years. There is no evidence that the berry helps with weight loss, but it doesn’t have many other healthy qualities.
