A civil case involving actor-singer Jamie Foxx has had a Personal Injury Case Against him, for causing a waiter injuries that ruined his plans to be a doctor has been headed to mediation, the plaintiff’s attorney said.

Bradley E. Jewett, who is William Presler represents, said the settlement efforts will take place later this month or in early November.
The 42-year-old Foxx won an Academy Award for best actor in 2004.
