Kanye West Still Regretting Swift Incident

Controversial hip hop singer Kanye West has been telling his twitter followers ‘I bled hard’ over the incident at the MTV Video Music Awards where he took the microphone from pop and country music singer Taylor Swift as she was giving her trophy acceptance speech.

West said the award should have gone to Beyonce, then retreated to the back of he stage among boos and hisses from the crowd. Swift was so shocked she couldn’t finish her speech.

West has been tweeting over the weekend that he is still suffering with shame from the event. Saying he canceled a tour with Lady Gaga and closed the doors of his clothing office. He has also been receiving death threats. At the time even President Obama was recorded calling West a jackass for the incident.

The multi-platinum, Grammy-winning superstar was previously one of the biggest stars of the decade. The question now is can his career recover. West hopes so.

I’m ready to get out of my own way. The ego is overdone,” tweeted West. Saying that he has also written a song for Swift and hopes she will sing it.
